At Ivory Maison, All of our gowns are made to measure. we believe every bride deserves a gown as unique and beautiful as her love story, made just for her, to cherish on the most magical day of her life.
All our gowns are lovingly made to order and typically take up to 4 weeks. But please allow up to 8 weeks before your special day to factor in possible needed alterations etc. If you're working with a tighter timeline, we’d be happy to see if we can prioritise your order, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

UK delivery is free on all orders.
For international customers, overseas shipping is available at an additional cost.Please note: our prices do not include VAT, customs fees, or import duties that may apply to orders shipped outside the UK. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Non-UK customers wishing to purchase, please make enquiries via the online form
We accept returns & exchanges on all gowns, we also provide 1 free after-sale alteration service for a perfect fit. To ensure your satisfaction, we can offer a replacement gown, provided we are notified within 14 days of your gown receipt by filling in our online form
Yes, we accept returns on veils and hairbands within 14 days, as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. All returns must be carriage paid, tracked, and insured. Please notify us by using our online form Once your return is shipped, please can you advise us and include your courier service and tracking number.

We understand that bodies can change, especially in the lead-up to your wedding. That’s why we offer a free after-sale alteration service to ensure your gown fits beautifully, even if your size fluctuates. We recommend scheduling your final fitting closer to your wedding date, so any adjustments can be made in time for your special day.
Once your order is confirmed, the gown begins its journey into production. If you need to make any style changes or amendments, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, we’ll always do our best to help wherever we can. However, please note that significant changes may not always be possible, depending on how far along your gown is in the making process.
We believe in thoughtful, responsible bridalwear. At Ivory Maison, we only purchase fabrics and materials once your order is placed, which means nothing goes to waste. Our gowns are made in the EU by skilled seamstresses who are paid fairly and treated with respect, always in full accordance with EU employment and tax regulations. We are proud to support slow fashion, creating with care, not excess.
Yes, we do. Our workshop is in Bulgaria, and all shipments are duty-free within the EU. Shipping charge throughout the EU is €25
