We now accept returns and exchanges on all items,. as long as they are requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Wedding gowns must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. All returns must be carriage paid, tracked, and fully insured by the customer. Before sending any item back, you must notify us through our online form and include the courier service used along with the tracking number.

As all of our gowns are made to order, we also offer a complimentary after-sale alteration service to help ensure a perfect fit. In certain cases, we may offer a replacement gown. If there is a difference in price, this will either be refunded to you or invoiced as an additional charge.
